Offline library not showing a book: what to check
If the Offline library is not showing a book, return to the device and browser where you saved its audio. Then check your account and whether saving took place. Imported text and your listening position belong to your profile, while local audio does not automatically move between devices.
Identify where you saved the audio
Recall both the device and how you opened TGRadio. A regular browser, another browser and the Mini App can use separate storage. A book saved on a laptop does not become available offline on your phone when you sign into the same profile. You need to save it on the phone too.
For example, if you started saving in your phone’s browser, begin there. Avoid switching repeatedly between apps during the first check, as this makes the original copy harder to locate. Open the Offline library in the place you originally used.
Check your profile without signing out
Confirm that you are using the Telegram account associated with the book, especially if you have several accounts on the device. A shared profile connects your library and listening position, but it does not establish that audio is stored in the current browser.
Do not sign out as a way to refresh the list: signing out removes local audio. If you already signed out after saving, treat that as a possible explanation. Signing back in restores access to the profile, but does not automatically restore deleted local fragments.
Separate importing text from saving audio
With a connection available, open Books. If the title appears there, its text is in your library. This does not mean you used Save chapter offline or Save book offline. Uploading the source file to the service and saving audio on your device are separate actions.
If you have not saved audio since importing, use Save chapter offline or Save book offline while connected. The button generates missing fragments in sequence, downloads them and stores them locally. You do not need to press Play first. Importing a file and waiting afterwards do not create an offline copy of the book.
Save one chapter in your current browser
While connected, choose the voice you need and use Save chapter offline. The button generates missing fragments, downloads them and stores them locally. Allow saving to finish, then reopen the Offline library. Starting with one chapter makes diagnosis easier than working with several books and voice versions at once.
For example, if that chapter appears, you have established that the current device can receive local audio. Save the remaining sections separately afterwards. One visible chapter does not confirm that every part of the book is available without a connection.
Test playback and describe any remaining problem
Disable Wi-Fi and mobile data, open the saved chapter and play it. If the book appears but a particular section will not play, check which fragments were saved. That is a different problem from the book being completely absent from the list.
If the book still does not appear after saving again, note your device, browser or Mini App, selected chapter and the action before the failure. Include whether saving completed and whether browser data was cleared. These details give support a specific situation to investigate.
